Shane has worked in the industry for over 15 years and is responsible for bringing new work streams into the business, through his links to contacts within the industry and the large property development portfolio that Shane has built up over the last 15 years.
With over 10 years’ experience in the commercial side of the industry, Conor manages the tendering process of the business and works alongside Paul, being responsible for all other aspects of the commercial management of S9. Project financial appraisals, tendering, internal tender adjudications, value engineering, material & sub-contract procurement, monthly internal cost reporting & external valuations thro’ to successful conclusion of final accounts.
Having started in the industry in 1987 with Wimpey Construction as a trainee in Leeds, Paul has worked all his career as a Quantity surveyor, Paul is responsible for all the commercial activity of the company. This ranges from pre-construction budgets & tenders to cost control of live projects through to final accounts.
Paul also heads up the speculative residential side of the business both in terms of setting construction budgets, procuring trade sub-contractors & suppliers and the valuation & sales process of completed properties.
With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, working alongside the rest of the team with responsibility for project delivery, John is a highly experienced construction manager with responsibility for the day-to-day running of S9’s construction sites.
John leads the company’s groundworks & civil engineering sub-contracting division, and as such works closely alongside main contractors, specialist material suppliers & other trade sub-contractors.
